Workshops

The best ideas come from you. My workshops will provide you with the necessary guidance and frameworks, so that you can come up with the magic. The outcome will be a strategic product roadmap that bridges the gap between your long-term vision and effective execution.

We will start with an initial introductory call to understand your business and your growth opportunities. This will then be followed by a single workshop or a series of workshops to guide you through your innovation journey. During the workshops, I will help you identify where you are today, and then together we will proceed to map out how you will get to where you want to be. In the end, you will walk away with a roadmap that you are confident in, and you can start to work on immediately.

Innovation Advisor

I will work as your Product Innovation Advisor or Coach to help you embed innovation within your organisation. My goal is to make innovation part of your DNA, so that you can unlock your innovation opportunities.

I will coach product team members on how to develop the most effective approach to product innovation. I will assist with strategic product roadmaps, achieving rapid product market fit and quick delivery. If needed, I will also scale your product team to execute your product innovation activities.

Success for me is when you have all the tools and expertise you need to do it yourselves, so that you can unlock your innovation opportunities.
