Expect to see major disruption in the next 3-5 years

Today, the seeds are being planted for significant changes in the years to come. Due to the current economic climate, many established organizations are tightening their budgets and halting innovation. Meanwhile, they are also laying off skilled and motivated individuals who are left with no choice but to start their own businesses.  

This situation will create an interesting dynamic. Established organizations that have halted their innovation will stop growing, while motivated startup founders will have to innovate to stand out in the market. I predict that these established organizations will start declining or peaking within the next 3-5 years, while challenger startups will have grown to true scale. By the time established organizations realize the threat, it will be too late.  

These are exciting times, and we look forward to seeing what will come out of it.
